Throughout my career, I have led various functions such as Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Imports-Exports, Logistics, and Warehousing, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost optimization. My experience covers end-to-end material and procurement functions across multiple project sites in the construction and real estate sector, making me well-versed in the industry’s nuances, compliance requirements, and vendor ecosystem.
Throughout my career, I have led various functions such as Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Imports-Exports, Logistics, and Warehousing, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost optimization. In addition to my industry exposure, I hold a Ph.D. in Lean Construction Practices and am a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, equipping me with analytical and process-improvement capabilities. I have also been closely associated with institutions like the Institute of Lean Construction & Excellence (ILCE), Mumbai, MCCIA, World Trade Centre, and the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM), Pune. My involvement in Lean methodologies and construction excellence initiatives has been instrumental in driving transformation across several projects.
A strong believer in knowledge sharing, I serve as a Visiting Faculty to premier institutes such as Symbiosis International University, SPPU, BMCC, and Garware College of Commerce. My academic contributions include over 12 published articles and memberships on various academic councils such as the Board of Studies at Garware College and the Advisory Board of Suryadatta Group of Institutes. I also engage actively as a Trainer, Coach, and Mentor at the Indian Institute of Training & Development (IITD), Pune, conducting impactful workshops for industry professionals.
My professional affiliations with global platforms like the Global Council of Supply Chain, Hong Kong, reinforce my commitment to staying updated with international trends and best practices. Apart from my professional engagements, I have also been recognized for my contributions and achievements in various national forums and sporting events.
